We have a new Provider Portal for eligibility, claims, and benefits management.
To login to the new portal you’ll need to register by completing these steps:

Once we receive your code request we will email or call you directly.

Step 2
1. Go to new portal.
2. Select Register and choose portal type.
3. Input Registration Information exactly as it appears in the email we sent using:
Don’t have a registration code? Request one now.
You can register multiple users with the same TIN, Registration Code and Zip Code.
Skip Add Provider button unless you need access to multiple Tax IDs.

4. Check your email to verify your account via link in email message.
Don’t hate us for all these steps. We know. Sorry!
5. Done!
Login using new username and password.
PAST CLAIMS:
All providers (NPIs) who have past claims data with MHC will be listed on the right side of the screen.
In the coming months, that data will be updated with your current providers.
Claims data will be available within the portal the week of September 30th.
Multiple Tax IDs
1. Request registration code for each tax ID and follow the steps above.
Combine multiple TINs into one account.
2. Login and select Add Provider.
3. Select Look up by registration code. Complete the fields with the registration credentials for each specific Tax ID and submit.
4. Once completed, use Search.
The desired provider should show up on the bottom left-hand corner. Select Add Provider.
Repeat until all are added.
