For the last year and a half the CO-OP has covered all telehealth services in full, we will continue to do so for all covid related health issues.

Telehealth is still a great option. Questions? We love helping our members- just shoot us a note or give us a call at 855-447-2900!

We’re not just offering FREE in-home* and telehealth assessments for members – we’re paying $50 for members to complete them!

We’re working with Advantmed to offer this benefit and support your health.

Centers of Excellence Program

As a member-governed health insurance CO-OP, we value your overall health.  We also understand that costs associated with services and procedures can cause hardships – both financially and logistically.

We created the Centers of Excellence* (COE), giving you access to care at high-quality facilities with provisions to reduce your out-of-pocket costs.

*Link plans do not have access to the Centers of Excellence Program.

Here's how it works
