Provider Networks are doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities who have contracts with Mountain Health Co-Op to provide services at lower negotiated rates. These rates are known as In-Network rates.

State Provider Networks

Idaho

Plans with the Peak (PPO) network are primarily available in eastern and northern Idaho.  It covers the majority of rural cities in these regions, including Pocatello and Idaho Falls.

 

The Access network was built in partnership with St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center and Health Alliance Network.

Counties: Ada, Boise, Canyon, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, and Washington

Available to Individual members only.

The Link network is build through partnership with St. Luke’s Medical Center.

Counties: Ada, Adams, Blaine, Boise, Camas, Canyon, Cassia, Elmore, Gem, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka, Owyhee, Payette, Twin Falls, Valley, and Washington.

Montana

Our Peak (PPO) network gives you access to care throughout Montana and Idaho, giving you flexibility and peace of mind.

Plus plans are designed to support the relationship with your primary care provider. This means the plan keeps your co-pay lower by providing the option to visit Tier 1 providers, who are available through participating Community Health Centers.

Our Rocky Mountain Network is based on partnership with St. Vincent Healthcare.  It is a narrow network that best serves members who live in Yellowstone, Stillwater, Sweetgrass, and Carbon counties in Montana.

Employer Group Plans

Members covered by Employer Group plans also have access to a National Network offered by Aetna Signature Administrators (ASA) when seeking care outside of Montana and Idaho.
