Current Job Opening:

Director of Regulatory Filings & Compliance
Full-time, exempt

This position will manage the CO-OP compliance program and regulatory and filing requirements. Be responsible for managing, monitoring and providing daily work and oversite of compliance, risk management, regulatory duties and special projects.


Provide support for auditing activities and oversight liaison. Provide communication, educational, and training programs for staff.


Manage the annual Qualified Health Plan (QHP) filing process, data collection and reporting.


Represents the COOP by corresponding to the state regulators for DOI complaints, manages regulatory and compliance policies and procedures.


Supports delegation oversight activities


Execute successful compliance monitoring and internal risk assessment programs.


Responsible for oversight of all certifications filed by Directors and employees relating to compliance and training.
